Job Description

RAW Moves is looking for an Administrative & Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager (Part-time) to join our team.

As an Administrative & Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager, your role will include:

  • Assist in day to day running of the Office, including registration, recruitment and operations for Studio classes
  • Prepare and upkeep grant reports, annual budget information and maintain procedures manuals
  • Manage clerical bookkeeping & financial administrative matters with the accounting personnel, keeping to required timelines.
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring for part-time staff and freelancers and handle staff related administrative matters
  • Manage ticketing and Front of House administrative matters for Productions
  • Ad-hoc Marketing Duties assigned by the Company Manager (e.g. design of marketing collaterals using Canva, compilation of marketing list)

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have good knowledge of arts administration, outreach event planning and management,
  • Has at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably in a performing arts, charity, or non-profit organisation
  • Has a Diploma/Degree in Arts Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or any other relevant field in the arts preferred
  • Have initiative and can work independently as part of a small, lean team
  • Good interpersonal skills and love to engage with people of all ages
  • Detailed and have good communication and writing skills
  • Digital proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, social media software
  • Passion for the Arts and a Dance background would be a plus
  • No work sponsorship preferred
  • Able to work a minimum 22 working hours per week
  • Flexible working hours between 10am - 6pm, Mon - Thu
  • Must be able to start immediately or at short notice
  • Full-time position is available as well

Location & Working Hours:

  • Goodman Arts Centre, 90 Goodman Road, Blk B #01-08, Singapore 439053
  • Mondays - Thursdays, 9am - 6pm (4 day week)
  • Office is closed on Fridays
