Welcoming and engaging with customers visiting the boutique.
Provide personalized consultation and styling advice for customers.
Assist in delivering boutique KPIs and achieve sales targets.
Responsible in presenting merchandise desirably in accordance to suggested guidelines and maintaining a tidy store consistent with client expectations.
Coordinates, liaises, and assists customer on service-after-sales (repair).
Perform assigned duties per requests from Supervisor/Manager.
Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus.
Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems.
Extremely personable, positive, and approachable.
Fantastic customer service skills.
