[Part-time]Cashier & Customer Service - [ North & West area| Min 8 shifts per month| $11 per hourly]

Work closely with our client and be trained to render support to the members of the public. You will provide both customer service and assist in payment transactions.

IMPORTANT!

This is a 12 hours-shift job (including weekend & PH), timing as follows:

• 10AM to 10PM (AM shift) & 10PM to 10AM (PM shift)
• Able to commit 2 weekdays and 1 weekend
• Monthly incentives payout!

(Fixed shift either AM or PM is available! DO CHECK IN WITH US!)

SCOPE OF WORK

• Providing response, customer service and solution to publics, or coworkers
• Ensure all payments are correctly recorded, and that any discrepancies are investigated and rectified right away.
• Keep cash/transaction secure and make sure it is deposited in accordance with company guidelines.
• Reconcile payment collections with the point of sale (POS) report at the conclusion of each shift.
• Other as needed tasks that are occasionally assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, or customer-fronting
• MUST have cash/e-cash/payment transaction experience (position requires monetary handling daily)
• Comfortable with 12 hours shift and work on weekend and public holiday
