Part Time Cashier (East Side)

Role and Responsibilities

• Receive Payment by Cash, Credit Cards, Vouchers, or Debit Cards
• Issue Receipts, Refunds, Credits, or change due to customers
• Count Money in Cash Drawers at the beginning/ closing of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there are adequate change.
• Help Customers when needed
• Answer telephone if supervisors are not available.
• Take down customer's requests and refer the matter to supervisors
• Keep the working area clean by cleaning the counter and sweeping the floor around the cashier's working area. Clear any rubbish in the cashier's counter.
• Pack plants or products for customers.
• Bring Customer's plants or products to their vehicle, if the Nursery Workers are not available.

Qualification and criteria

• No Age limit, but physically fit
• All education level welcome
• Comfortable working on weekends, public holiday
• Singaporeans or PR Only
• Able to work on CNY Eve
• Candidate should be able to talk in Chinese and English
• Able to work independently
