Duties and Responsibilities:- Put up advertisement in online portal / liaise with recruitment agencies
Liaise with hiring divisions and internal HR on interview dates- Call candidates to schedule interview sessions/arrangements
Follow up with candidates on any other matters
- Tracking of candidates (recruitment) in excel, Weekly manpower update
Assist in full spectrum of employment cycle (prepare onboarding, confirmation, promotion, demotion, exit clearance)- Maintain all the proper P-files
Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Workdays: minimum 4 days a week (9am-2pm or 10am till 3pm)
