Job Description

  • Explain the programme details to parents and answer telephone enquiries and emails.
  • Guide parents in registration process.
  • Communicate and coordinate with parents with prompt follow-up with closure for all enquiries.
  • Maintain and update student database.
  • Follow-up with new sign-ups and potential customers.
  • Responsible for day to day operations of the centre.
  • Assist teachers in materials and class preparation (E.g. worksheet).

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (in order to guide English and Mandarin speaking parents in registration process and also to coordinate with English and Mandarin speaking parents with prompt follow-up with closure for all enquiries.)
  • Possess good communication skills, with a pleasant disposition.
  • Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures.
  • Experience working in enrichment or tuition centres an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Saturday & Sunday : 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
  • Part Time position.
