Explain the programme details to parents and answer telephone enquiries and emails.
Guide parents in registration process.
Communicate and coordinate with parents with prompt follow-up with closure for all enquiries.
Maintain and update student database.
Follow-up with new sign-ups and potential customers.
Responsible for day to day operations of the centre.
Assist teachers in materials and class preparation (E.g. worksheet).
Requirements
Fluent in English and Mandarin (in order to guide English and Mandarin speaking parents in registration process and also to coordinate with English and Mandarin speaking parents with prompt follow-up with closure for all enquiries.)
Possess good communication skills, with a pleasant disposition.
Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures.
Experience working in enrichment or tuition centres an added advantage.
