Thereafter, increments to $14$16 are given based on target achivement, ability to train new staffs, shift puncutuality and non-cancellations.

Take photographs of items using company's iPhones.
Assess and write out detailed descripton of item condition
Minor repair and polishing of less than ideal items to increase their value. (No prior experience required)
