We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive
Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at GOLFTEC Singapore. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in all aspects of sales and leads generation, including implementing direct campaigns and organizing in-center events.
Supporting personal coaches in servicing both existing and new customers.- Aiding the Center Manager with various center operations.
Greet customers upon arrival at the center and assist with queries and coach appointments.- Answer customer calls, book appointments, and provide advice on product selection.
Stay updated on special product promotions and assist in setting up displays.
- Manage merchandise stock control and inventory.
Assist with marketing efforts and help coordinate/host in-center events.- Process cash and card payments, balance the cash register, and manage receipts.
Handle customer complaints and process refunds under the supervision of the Center Manager.
- Support the Center Manager with general center operations.
Ability to start immediately.
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Willingness to travel to CBD/Town area.
Proficiency in Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
- Chinese-speaking candidates are a plus.
