Seeking an experience HR Manager ( 5 years of HR managerial experience) that can assist with the following
1. Forecast and prepare require manpower for business marketing, operations and sales needs
2. Handle all relevant HR interview, shortlisting, evaluating candidates and documentation
3. Build up a core internship pipeline and part timers core for daily operational needs
4. Able to understand the overall business needs, sub business units at different stage wthin this first week
5. Strengthen and automate existing HR related functions within the firm (all sub business units)
6. Be in charge of preparing and keeping control of documents (including, but not limited to employment contracts, terms and conditions, relevant submission to internship GRT program, payroll, grant applications, etc)
7. All other reasonable HR and business related matters
Require 15 hours per week. (.Initial phase may require more hours to learn about the firm's directions and business plans). Hourly rate based on Work deliverables and performance to be reviewed regularly.
Part time contract for service fee fixed at $1000/mth during probation, $1200/mth after probation. Probation 6 months.
Conversion to full time perm staff if performance meets expectations and business requirements may be available in future.
This is a remote work from home role primarily. Physical presence will be required in the office upon request by management or deemed necessary by your good self.
