Part-time Lobby Ambassador

• Welcoming or greeting the guests.
• Attending to guest's queries.
• Engaging with guests at the area assigned. Presence and attentiveness is very important for the role.
• Ushering / directing the guests to proper queue / visiting venue.
• Engaging with the pre-arrival information and queries.
• Managing and filtering the queue.

Requirements :

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and any additional languages is an added advantage
• Good team player, ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
