Job Description:
As a part-time logistics and showroom assistant, you will play a vital role in our daily operations and support logistics and showroom functions. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys hands-on work in a showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and coordinate deliveries for all sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch.
- Product Labeling: Accurately label products following company standards and maintain up-to-date labeling for new and existing products.
- Showroom Organization: Maintain and organize showroom displays to ensure a welcoming and visually appealing environment for clients.
- Display and Organization: Set up new product displays and update showroom arrangements to highlight featured products and promotions.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels in the showroom and warehouse, including regular checks and stock organization.
- Shipment Coordination: Arrange and coordinate product shipments with logistics partners, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
- Required to work one Saturday every quarter for stock counting exercises.
Requirements:
- Minimum of N/O-Level education.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or a showroom/retail environment preferred but not a must.
- Computer literate.
- Able to lift up to 15kg cartons.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, showing initiative and self-direction.
- Comfortable working in a small team environment with limited support and flexibility in role boundaries.
- Conversant in English proficiency in additional languages (such as Mandarin) is a plus.
- Able to start by mid-Dec 2024.
