Job Description
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls pertaining to residents queries / feedback
- Assist in cases creation in the system
- Follow up with residents on the progress of the cases that have been attended by the estate team or other department (case by case) prior closing it in the system
- Liaise with other team members from other departments pertaining to the feedback or queries cases
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Must possess clear speaking voice and strong verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English and/or other language / dialect to converse effectively with residents in Singapore
- IT savvy
- Able to work independently and also a team player
- Fresh graduates with no work experience are welcome to apply as training is provided
- Working Hours :4 Weekdays between Mondays to Fridays either 8am to 1230pm (for AM shift) OR 1230pm to 5pm (for PM shift) including 1 OFF day and Every Saturdays: 8am to 1pm.
