Part Time Retail Associate's Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for Delugs retail showroom/ boutique operations
- Provides excellent customer service and creates a memorable in-store customer experience consistent with our brand image
- Able to quickly familiarise with the product range, and proactively assist customers with their needs and queries
- To operate the POS efficiently and maintain high standard of accuracy
- Processes exchange and returns
- Responsible for showroom/ boutique visual merchandising standards
- Routine stocktake to ensure inventory accuracy
- Manages customer service channels
- Executes retail activation plans and events
- Maintain general cleanliness of the showroom/ boutique
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail industry is preferred. Keen interest in the luxury watches industry, or willing to learn
- Ability to work independently, is detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Must be a good team player, with good communications skill
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in English
Remuneration
- Hourly base salary + attractive retail sales comission
Minimum Working Hours
- Part-time Retail Associate must commit to at least 1 full weekday shift (11-8pm) and one weekend shift (11-8pm) each week.
