Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

Edith Patisserie is one of the leading bakeries in Singapore with a specialisation in unique buttercream cakes and bakes.

We are expanding our team and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team and make a difference by delivering the best customer service we can offer to our clients.

. Interact with clients in-store and assist them with order placements and enquiries.

. Communicate with clients via phone and email to assist with their orders and enquiries.

. Facilitate collection of cake orders by delivery drivers and walk-in customers . Prepare simple coffee beverages

. Manage cashier & stock inventory

. Curate promos and deals to attract new customers and increase engagement

. Maintain store cleanliness

The ideal candidate should possess the following traits:

. Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service

. Good at multi-tasking

. Well-organised with good time management

. Personable and professional, works well in a team

. 1-2 years of relevant working experience in retail sales or having experience in hospitality or customer service industry

. Knowledge of handling POS systems and various payment processing methods

Locations: flexi, can be attached to one outlet or multiple outlets

Schedule: Flexi, minimum 3 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift per week.
