Job Title: Part-Time Marketing & Client Services Associate

We are a small yet dynamic jewelry brand based in Singapore, nestled within an architect company, where we are slowly developing with a quiet marketing approach. Our expertise lies in crafting exquisite, sustainable fine jewelry. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences both online and in-person, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team.
- Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Client Service Management:
Greet and assist customers in the office, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.- Handle client services during office hours, customer visits, and events.
Pack and present products beautifully, arrange shipping , maintaining a nice environment and organising products.
- Provide beverages and ensure a comfortable experience for visiting clients.
Respond to customer inquiries online and follow up on communications as needed.
- Sales & Marketing Support:
Assist with daily sales and marketing tasks, including replying to online customer inquiries.- Follow up on specific marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Provide support to the sales team, helping to achieve sales targets.
- Administrative & Event Support:
Assist in preparing invoices, managing product inventory, and other administrative duties.
- Support event planning and execution, including client invitations and follow-ups.
Provide occasional assistance to the designer as required.
At least 2 years of experience as a Sales or Client Services Associate in a luxury brand, preferably within the jewelry industry.- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and care.
Comfortable with packing products, invoicing, organizing office, and performing administrative duties.
- Familiarity with online communication and customer service tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.- A polished, well-trained demeanor, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to assist in various areas of the business as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
