Applicants for the Service Crew position should have a deep passion for customer service, embodied with people-first attitude, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, friendly and empathetic.
Job Responsibilities :
Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations serving food & beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follows operational policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counters, and equipment.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by continuously assessing the environment and customers for cues
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
- Contributes to a positive team environment
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Requirements :
- Able to commit at least 3 days (weekdays only).
- Good working attitude, with a strong sense of ethics and responsibility.
- Initiative to take on tasks proactively and a mindset geared toward problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate well with a diverse group of people in spoken English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A passion for food and customer service.
