To provide care and supervision for students with special needs who are attending a Special Education School from 7 years old to 12 years old, before or after school hours.
To plan, prepare and produce materials, and conduct routines and activities with the students pertaining to physical exercises, life-skills training, activities of daily living (ADLs), hobby development (e.g. music, horticulture), and excursions according to the schedule.
Collaborate and communicate with parents or caregivers, other programme staff and other stakeholders on the student's progress, well-being and in advocating for the students.
Strong interest and commitment in working with individuals with special needs (eg. Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability)
Flexible to work shifts Participate in various organisation's initiatives & events
Undergraduates doing internship also welcome
Those without experience may also apply. On the job training will be provided
