Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Comprehensive Training Materials - Develop engaging content tailored for various roles.

Weekday Training Sessions - Equip our Supervisors, Department Heads, and Customer Service Officers with essential skills for success.

Saturday Training Sessions - Guide our Van Drivers and Dispatch Riders with focused, practical training.

Orientation Preparation - Create orientation resources to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

New Employee Orientation - Welcome and orient new recruits as they join our team.

Conduct Additional Training - Deliver specialized training as needed to address evolving company needs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proven experience in training and development, ideally in a logistics or customer service setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate trainees at all levels.

Ability to create effective training materials and adapt to diverse training needs.

Flexible schedule, with availability on weekdays and Saturdays.
