Job Description:
We are looking for compassionate and energetic Childcare / Child Minders to join our team on a part-time basis. If you love working with children and enjoy sports and creative activities, this role is perfect for you! Emphasis on safe play and outdoor activities ensures a secure and fun environment for youth development. This could be the coolest job for adults, allowing you to revisit your childhood and have a great time with young children by playing soccer, guitar, drumming, gaming, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of children, especially during outdoor activities and play. Always supervise children and use appropriate safety measures and monitoring devices if needed.
Meal Preparation: Prepare balanced meals and snacks, considering dietary restrictions and allergies.
Hygiene Management: Assist children in maintaining good hygiene practices.
Educational Activities: Organize fun and educational activities focused on sports, creativity, and safe outdoor play.
Routine Development: Create balanced schedules of physical activity, rest, and playtime.
Emotional and Developmental Monitoring: Observe and report any emotional or developmental issues to parents, maintaining open communication.
Skill Sharing: Share your skills in sports, music, arts, and other areas to enrich children's experiences and ensure safe play.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in childcare or babysitting.
Passion: A love for working with children and commitment to their development.
Communication Skills: Effective communication with children and adults.

Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
