Job Description

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for supporting Partners with administrative matters. This includes:

  • Draft client letters and client information packs.
  • Working with various other internal teams including Client Services Team, Business Assurance and Compliance.
  • Updating Salesforce with meeting notes and activities.
  • Facilitating the end-to-end process of insurance applications for clients starting from obtaining insurance quotes to following up of underwriting requirements until inception of policies.
  • Supporting Partners with other adhoc administrative or operational tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Customer service-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written
  • Possess strong work ethics a positive working attitude, proactive and self-motivated
  • Be a team player and able to work independently if needed
  • Meticulous, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment
  • No experience required as training will be provided.
