Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for supporting Partners with administrative matters. This includes:
- Draft client letters and client information packs.
- Working with various other internal teams including Client Services Team, Business Assurance and Compliance.
- Updating Salesforce with meeting notes and activities.
- Facilitating the end-to-end process of insurance applications for clients starting from obtaining insurance quotes to following up of underwriting requirements until inception of policies.
- Supporting Partners with other adhoc administrative or operational tasks as required.

- Possess strong work ethics a positive working attitude, proactive and self-motivated
- Be a team player and able to work independently if needed
- Meticulous, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment
- No experience required as training will be provided.
