Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with strategic partners. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing existing partnerships, and developing new business alliances that drive company growth. This position is key to helping us expand our market presence and create value through partnerships with technology providers, research institutions, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners while identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for partnership growth and align them with the company's business objectives.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication, issue resolution, and collaboration.
- Market Research: Stay informed of trends in the AI and computing sectors, identifying potential partners and market shifts that could benefit the company.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure partner success and alignment with company goals.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by expanding existing partnerships and securing new business alliances.
- Partner Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to partners on our products, services, and solutions to ensure they have the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, account management, or business development, preferably in the artificial intelligence, internet technology or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships and driving revenue.
- Strong understanding of the AI, machine learning, or cloud computing industries.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- PR or citizen.
