Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and door-to-door sales
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation skills
- Proficient in Google Slide/ Powerpoint and Google Sheet/ Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sales orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license is ideal and willingness to travel as needed
- Knowledge of the home furnishing or renovation industry is a plus
