Partnerships and Engagement Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the Partnerships and Engagement Executive is responsible for the sourcing and engagement of potential partners and donors for SUN-DAC, as well as coordination and management of events.

Key Responsibilities

. Source for and engage potential partners and donors.

. Work together with other departments to plan and carry out events and activities for partners, vendors, donors and beneficiaries, and any other stakeholders as needed.

. Support all fundraising administration including the preparation of proposals.

. Represent the organisation at external events, workshops and conferences to promote its mission, programmes and impact.

. Ensure compliance with prevailing regulatory requirements for fundraising activities.

. Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Fundraising Manager.

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

. Minimum one year's experience in donor or partnership management in the social service sector or a related sector.

. Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, attract and inspire support from diverse stakeholders.

. Excellent writing skills with the ability to co-develop compelling proposals

. Proficient in donor management software and Microsoft Office suite.

. Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
