Intern, Partnerships (Location)
As a Partnerships (Location) Intern, you will support the team in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with residential and commercial properties. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the growing carsharing industry and to play a key role in expanding our service network across Singapore.
You will assist in supporting outreach and relationship-building efforts, and perform administrative tasks that help streamline the partnership process.
We are looking for an intern that could start in December/January, work 4-5 full days a week, and commit to a minimum duration of 6 months.
Day to Day Activities
Partnership Prospecting and Outreach
- Research and identify potential locations that align with our target market.
- Assist in reaching out to property managers.
- Maintain and update database of leads and track outreach efforts on a timely basis.
Documentation and Administrative Support
- Maintain and organise partnership contracts and records, ensuring that all agreements are up to date.
- Keep track of contracts and follow up on them to ensure business continuity.
- Provide monthly updates on carpark locations.
- Support the team with meeting notes, creating internal reports, and tracking progress on partnership goals.
Who We Are Looking For
- A background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate the value of our GetGo to potential partners
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement location strategies
- Knowledge of the carsharing industry and property management is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
