Sponsorship
- Develop proposals for high-profile sponsorship opportunities such as BPS Naming Rights, HP RWS, JWE GBTB, and Monet exhibitions.
- Conduct sponsor prospect research and outreach via LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Create sponsorship materials, including a Ramses sponsorship document for the Tokyo team
- Consolidate logistics and key information for a global pitch to Toll in consultation with the internal team and external partners.
VIP Products
- Lead the creation and development of VIP products for special events and exhibitions such as Monet and HP VoM.
- Engage in ongoing discussions with internal teams to implement and refine VIP experiences
Retail
- Conduct market research on product trends and pricing strategies for retail offerings, particularly for HP RWS.
- Liaise with local suppliers, including pastry vendors, on behalf of the London retail team to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with finance and retail teams to address audit issues, including reconciling invoices and purchase orders for the 2024 audit.
European Market Research
- Conduct market research and analysis to support European tour planning, including creating and submitting market analysis documents for the London market.
- Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) Research
- Create and consolidate LBE product research documents in collaboration with internal teams, establishing a programming library for permanent venues.
Proposals and Research Projects
- Draft and submit a detailed proposal for the Victoria T-Rex exhibition at MBS in Singapore.
- Conduct and present a global study of observation decks to identify potential new business targets for NEON, submitting findings for internal discussions.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sponsorship, business development, VIP product management, or related areas.
- Strong experience in market research, retail product strategy, and logistics coordination.
- Proven track record in managing high-profile sponsorships and partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across different geographies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
