Parts Advisor

Job Requirements:

• COUNTER:

Issuing Parts: Handle parts issuance for workshop jobs, sales invoicing, and respond to inquiries. Update label prices and stock in the showcase.

• System Entries: Record parts in the system, obtain signatures for job cards, and save them after collection.

SBO Handling: Manage SBO orders by recording customer codes, tracking receipts, and following up on order statuses. Report errors to the Parts Manager and keep detailed records.

Cash Handling: Promptly submit cash payments to Lee Yen.Post-Collection: Update invoices and records post-collection, noting any price differences and job completions.

• Communication: Send weekly updates to the SBO mail chain and remind Service Advisors about SBO statuses.

• WAREHOUSE:

SBO Parts Management: Allocate SBO parts to designated areas and update their status in monitoring sheets.

• General Management: Bin received parts, check quantities, and maintain store organization. Manage faulty battery returns and perform regular stock counts.

• REPLENISHING:

Reports: Submit replenishment reports weekly or bi-monthly, monitoring parts turnover and low stock.

• Stock Adjustment: Address discrepancies between system and physical stock by filling out adjustment forms.

Transaction Check: Verify system transactions against physical stock before report submission.

• Job Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

Possesses Class 2/Class 3 licences

• Preferably from automotive industry

Able to work

• 5 days workweek
