Job Description
- Pastry and Food preparation
· Ability to manage entire station independently
- support kitchen team with mise en place and operation
· Take responsibility for receiving and safe storage of food ingredients
· Ensure first in first out (FIFO) practices are used in the restaurant
· Assist Sous Chefs with maintaining of equipment and kitchen facilities
· To be responsible for personal hygiene and grooming
Requirements :
· 1 years of experience in European Pastry
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Posses valid Singapore Food Hygiene Certificate
· Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
· Able to commit weekends and public holidays
· Good team player and outgoing
· Entry Level are Welcome
· Able to be versatile and multitasking

Tapas 24 is a Spanish Bar-Restaurant and is an open location all day, with non-stop kitchen, where the Bar and tables live in harmony. The bar itself is lively and bright, packed to the rafters with expectant guests. Tapas 24 has got its reputation for serving some of the best tapas-with-a-twist. Its cheerful but not especially cheap with top-end ingredients. As with all tapas restaurants, you can snack economically or blow your budget on a feast so its hard to give an average price per person.
