Roles & Responsibilities
. Tally order before delivery
. Delivery to customers
. Procurement of items when necessary
. Daily food preparation in accordance with food safety and quality standards.
. Prepare, clean, and organize ingredients for food preparation needs.
. Ensure all workstations and kitchens are clean and sanitized at all times during food preparation.
. Ensure proper handling of all food and ingredients in accordance with food freshness preservation standards and procedures.
. Responsible for personal hygiene and adhering to safety procedures when using equipment and utensils.
. Ensure all ingredients are stored and use in accordance to First In, First Out (FIFO) principles.
. Packing of customers orders prior to delivery.
. Support daily production needs.
Requirements
. At least 2-3 years of Class 3 Driving license (added advantage if you have experience in delivery) with good record
. Willing to learn attitude,
. Physically fit
. Able to work independently with minimum supervision,
. Take pride in doing good work,
. Good teamwork collaboration with colleagues,
. Understand diversity and treat colleagues and customers with respect,
. Able to work on weekends and public holidays when needed.
