Roles & Responsibilities
. Daily food preparation in accordance to food safety and quality standard.
. Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for food preparation need.
. Ensure work station and kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times during food preparation.
. Ensure proper handling of all food and ingredients in accordance to food freshness preservation standards and procedures.
. Responsible for personal hygiene and adhering to safety procedures when using equipment and utensils.
. Ensure all ingredients are stored and use in accordance to First In, First Out (FIFO) principles.
. Packing of customers orders prior to delivery.
. Support daily production needs.

. 44 hours work week,
. Able to work on weekends and public holidays when needed.
