About the role:
We're currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Patient Care Executive (Aesthetics) to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into the fast-growing, knowledge-intensive medical aesthetics sector, where your contributions will not only enhance your market value but also positively impact our clients wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction
- Assist in pre-treatment services, including basic cleansing facials and pain-numbing procedures
- Provide post-treatment care, including application of facial masks
- Facilitate effective communication between patients and doctors
- Participate in hands-on training for specific procedures and treatments
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable clinic environment
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing superior customer service
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the medical aesthetics field
- Previous experience in beauty therapy or nursing assistance is a plus, but not required
