Job Highlights:

• Salary: Gross up to $2,300
• Location: Sengkang
• Rotating shifts (day/night): 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized financial counseling to patients
• Register patients with care and attention to detail
• Manage inquiries, phone calls, and payments
• Act as a Service Ambassador for immediate service recovery
• Perform other duties to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

• Min. O-level qualification
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a hospital environment
