Job Description:
- To organize, design, and carry out the organizational framework and strategy for good patient interactions and a satisfying experience during the course of a patient's stay.
- To establish a close friendship and relationship with patients and their families in order to supervise and take responsibility for the communications and patient relations matters of the organization.
- Working together to operationalize the patient experience strategy in conjunction with HODs and line personnel.
- To recognize stress in caregivers, identify sensitive situations, and provide advice or solutions to address the situation.
- To create workflow to provide a great experience at every touch point with patients and their families.
- To consult and assist the HOD and staff in any crisis situation regarding the best course of action to defuse tension and anger while also relating to the patient and his or her family to show empathy and, if needed, provide counselling to help calm the situation.
- To perform any tasks and responsibilities that may occasionally be assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum a diploma or degree in public relations, communication, social work, counselling, or any relevant field
- Prior experience in public relations, hospitality, counselling background
- At least 5 years of managing experience
