As a Patient Service Associate at Emergency Department, you will be at the very forefront of operations to support the department in delivering patient care.
Patients and Visitors registration
Billing and payment
Appointment scheduling (handling both in and outbound calls, facsimiles, and emails)
Observation ward monitoring: Preparing necessary medical documents for doctors review
Admission and discharge coordination.
Requirements
General Diploma / ITE certificate
Experience in customer service
Experience working in highly stressful / Dynamic work environment would be advantageous
Able to perform 3 rotating shifts on a 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays
Service-oriented, good team player
Good in IT Skills
