Responsible for payment collection, process medical reports requests as well as arrange appointments for specialist and work injury compensation reviews.
Provide excellent customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support.
Responsible to liaise with different stakeholders to facilitate the completion of medical report requests.

Requirements
Minimum O Level qualification
Relevant work experience in healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an advantage
A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
