Patient Service Associate

• Provide quality customer service to patients and visitors
• Attend to patients enquiries & needs (e.g., provide wheelchair, issue face mask, direct patients to appropriate location) . Assist patients with registration
• Assist patients with scheduling / rescheduling of appointments
• Assist patients with payments
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: . Min GCE N / O / A Levels / NITEC / Diploma in any field. . Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
