Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide receptionist and cashiering duties
  • Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into the computer system
  • Carry high level of customer service
  • Attend to phone calls, coordinate appointments, and other administrative duties
  • Assist and chaperone for examinations
  • Be competent and efficient with insurance claim processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O qualification
  • Experience in clinic setting and customer service will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Clinic support (Plato)
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have experience with insurance claims
