Patient Service Associate (URGENT)

Role: Patient Service Associate
Location: Novena
Contract Period: Oct 2024 to End Feb 2025
Work Schedule: Mon to Sun, including Public Holidays 11am to 8pm
.Convertible to permanent staff.
Salary: $12/hr
Physical Interview

Job Description:
- Assist with registration of inpatient visitors via kiosk, counters etc.
- Assist with scan-in/out duties at the gantries.
- Assist with retrieval of RTLS tags from exit gantries, replenishment of tags to counters, kiosks, charging room, office etc.
- Assist with way finding duties, taking in general queries/feedback and ensure needful information is escalated according to department's reporting structure.
- Ensure adequate communication is performed within the team to ensure all ground duties are completed promptly.
- Any other duties/events/activities assigned by Duty Manager.

Job Requirement:
- Able to stand for long period

- Experiencec working in customer service roles
