Patient Service Co-ordinator

Join Our Team as Patient Service Coordinator

• Provide personalized financial counseling to patients, ensuring they understand their estimated bill size
• Register patients with care and attention to detail
• Manage general inquiries at the counter and answer phone calls with a smile
• Collect payments and reconcile daily counter collections with accuracy
• Act as a Service Ambassador at the patient waiting area, handling enquiries and performing immediate service recovery
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:-

• Minimum O-level qualification
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including days and nights
• Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a hospital environment

Additional Information:-

• Working Hours: Rotating Shift (Day / Night) 7:30am to 7:30pm and 7:30pm to 7:30am
• Location: Sengkang
• Salary: Gross Up to $2,300
• 12 Months Contract
