Payment Collection Officer (North / West / Shifts / Salary up to $2500)

Work closely with our client as Payment Collection Associates and be trained to render support to the members of the public. You will provide customer service and solutioning and assist in payment transaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling enquiries, assisting with problem solving solutions to the member of publics
• Assisting in payment transactions that includes cash / cards transactions
• Ensuring payment transaction are recorded accurately and rectify any discrepancies when required
• Reconcile payment collections with the point of sale (POS) report at the conclusion of each shift
• Other as needed tasks that are occasionally assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of Cashiering / customer fronting customer service experiences
• Comfortable with 12 hours shift and work on weekend and public holidays
