Payment Gateway Specialist/Manager (South Korean Market)
Responsibilities:
- Connections with local banks and payment institutions in South Korea, with a strong understanding of the country's financial and payment systems
- Understand the operation and application of payment methods such as bank transfers and local payment wallets in high-risk industries.
- Liaise and effective communication with local banks and payment institutions.
- Negotiate with PSP for getting competitive service fee and currency rate
- Ensure the stability and variety of payment gateways
- Propose any incentive schemes implementation
- Other ad-hoc assignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline
- Working experience with local banks and payment institutions in South Korea
- Experience in handling inbound/outbound payments including fiat and crypto
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Able to speak in English, Korean and Chinese to liaise with stakeholders
- Interests in cryptocurrency products
- With can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
