Payment Lead

Responsibilities:

• Develop, build, and maintain fiat currency channels.
• Build and maintain the fiat financial system, including banks, liquidity, FX, and commercial/onboarding discussions.
• Coordinate with various departments and channel partners to ensure the end-to-end integration of channels and financial systems.
• Responsible for global license applications/acquisitions.
• Responsible for building and maintaining global entities and coordinating with Compliance for these efforts.
• Negotiate business terms with partners to maximize company interests.

Requirements:

• Familiarity and experience with building global fiat currency channels.
• Familiarity with building fiat banking systems and liquidity systems.
• Knowledge and resources related to compliance and legal matters in various regions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate seamlessly across languages.
• Resources in regional regulation, government, law firms, and consultants.
• Resources in fiat channels, banking, finance, exchanges, and web3.
• Experience in license acquisition and application.
