Job Scopes
- Perform daily SWIFT/MEPS/GIRO/FAST/PayNow transactions related tasks timely and accurately, such as handling customer inquiries, request for information and any non-STP items.
- Perform daily reconciliation of nostro accounts.
- Participate in Payment related projects, system enhancements and industrial testings, including but limited to liaise with stakeholders, raise requests, draft and execute test cases.
- Draft and review Payment procedures and conduct trainings to the Operation Team.
- Assist in Treasury settlements, fixed deposit, loan operation and any other Operation related tasks when needed.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution with 5 years of experience in payments.
- Have deep understanding on the above-mentioned payment channels including regulatory requirements, best practices and industrial initiatives; experienced in exceptional handling of the payment cases.
- Have prior experience in projects, self-motivated and proactive with good interpersonal skills to communicate with different stakeholders.
- Good analytical skills to solve issues and attention to details.
