Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated PMO Lead for our Payment Team to drive project execution, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across payment initiatives. In this role, you'll oversee project management functions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payments, project management, and team leadership, with an eye for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end planning, execution, and completion of payment-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and finance, to support project delivery and address any issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the PMO and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payment project management, with at least 3 years in the payments or banking or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving, comfortable to liaise and present in business chinese to stakeholders in China & Taiwan.
