About
The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Live payment risk team, responsible for training, growth and management of team members
- Responsible for various risks related to Live payments, including fraud risks, credit card fraud, and funding risks brought by Account Take Over, maintain platform risk levels, and ensure payment channel security.
- Continuously optimize and iterate online risk control strategies to ensure their reliability and effectiveness, reduce user disturbance, and improve user payment experience
- Face with new business demands, such as marketing activities or new gameplay in LIVE scenarios, conduct threat and risk assessments, develop corresponding risk control solutions and implement them.
- Conduct coordination and communication related to risk control within and outside the company, such as PIPO solution team and TikTok team internally; external coordination such as Regulatory Inquiry, deck and channel risk control.Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in building up the whole fraud risk structure and process for payment scenario (ecommerce, Live streaming, e-wallet etc.)
- Good team management skills, able to work closely and collaborate with other relevant departments.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious by nature, possesses the capability to identify new methods in risk management and to think creatively.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics or related majors.
- 5 years or more relevant work experience in payment risk, preferably in the ecommerce and live streaming industry.
- 5 years or more experience in leading a team of more than 10 individuals across the globe.
