The HROP Payroll Ops team strives to be the trusted partner to the employees as we respect and value their opinions and honoring our promise in handling sensitive data with integrity. Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output and statutory reporting;
- Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy;
- Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes;
- Provide payroll reporting & analysis with the Finance team and assist with internal and external audits;
- Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA;
- Develop relationships with local authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc;
- Partner and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year or recent graduate with a background in HR major;
- Good collaborator and team player;
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in payroll matters.
