Job Description
Responsible for full spectrum of payroll function
Process payroll via Info Tech Payroll system
Prepare and maintain and maintain employee payroll records
Preparation and submission of Form IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B
Filing of all government paid leave and claims
Handle and assist staff queries on benefit and payroll matters
To undertake other HR functions, ad hoc projects and other duties as and when assigned
Requirement
Familiar with Employment, CPF/Foreign workers Levy Acts
Diploma in Admin/HRM
At least 2 years relevant experience, handling large headcounts
Independent, hands-on individual with strong time management skills
Proficient in MS Excel
