Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll for a team of 500 employees, handling all aspects including onboarding, terminations, overtime, allowances, deductions, salary recovery, leave, and benefits management.
Compliance and Reporting: Manage the preparation and submission of income tax clearances (IR21) for work pass holders, CPF contributions, IR8A forms, and government-paid claims.
Data Accuracy and Efficiency: Maintain precise employee data records and streamline payroll workflows to improve productivity.
Payroll Reporting and Audits: Prepare monthly payroll reports, manage brand-specific billing, fulfill government survey requirements, and support annual audit processes.
HR Collaboration: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aligned with the company's broader HR objectives.
Additional Responsibilities: Take on other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of payroll experience for teams of at least 100 employees familiarity with Times Software is beneficial.
Education: Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related discipline.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Employment Act, CPF requirements, and income tax regulations.
Skills: Highly detail-oriented, with excellent time management, strong proficiency in MS Excel, and a solid aptitude for numbers.
