Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Payroll Management: Handle payroll for a 500-member team, covering new hires, terminations, overtime, allowances, deductions, salary recovery, leave, and benefits administration.
- Compliance & Reporting: Prepare and submit income tax clearances (IR21) for work pass holders, CPF contributions, IR8A, and government-paid claims.
- Accuracy & Efficiency: Ensure accurate employee data management and streamline payroll processes for enhanced productivity.
- Payroll Reports & Audits: Generate monthly payroll reports, manage brand billing, complete government surveys, and assist with annual audit exercises.
- HR Support: Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support the company's broader HR goals.
- Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Step in for various other HR-related duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of hands-on payroll experience for 200 headcount; familiarity with Times Software is a plus.
- Educational Background: Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related field.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Employment Act, CPF contributions, and income tax regulations.
- Skills: Meticulous, with strong time management, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel. Numerical aptitude is a key asset!
