Responsibilities:
- Solicit and chase leads for phone repair services.
- Plan horizontally like selling IT maintenance services to SMEs, Repair department and/or similar phone manufacturers and sellers.
- Troubleshoot PC or mobile phones.
- Perform basic repairs such as changing a phone screen or battery,
- Resolve simple software issues on both iOS and Android devices.
- Plan and sell vertically.
- Assist and follow-up on customers query when necessary.
Requirements:
- Qualifications from ITE and/or Polytechnics are accepted
- Relevant experience in selling and repairing mobile devices and gadgets will be an added advantage
- Have basic knowledge of computer software/hardware
- Good customer service skills
