Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality throughout the process of tender
Review of tender documents and identify customer requirements
Co-ordinate all inter-department inputs for inclusion in tender submission and for cost preparation
Prepare technical and commercial clarification post review of tender documents
Identify third party / subcontract scope of services and get proposals from suitable vendors / subcontractors.
Technical and commercial evaluation of third-party proposal and negotiation.
Prepare cost estimates for assigned project tender and risk review
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for submission
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Chemical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation
Technical Knowledge in Process and Instrumentation
Proficiency in MS Excel/Words/Power Point
Advantage to have some Customer service handling experiences
Chemical or Engineering background will be preferred
Problem-Solving, Time Management and Organization skills are required
